Welcome to the SchoolDude Work Request System

SchoolDude is the NSBSD online work order management system. This online program is for submitting and checking the status of a work order.

The North Slope Borough School District uses the SchoolDude solutions described here. Use these services to submit a work order that suits your needs.

All work order requests must go through SchoolDude. Phoned and emailed work requests are not valid and will not be completed without an accompanying SchoolDude work order. Undocumented maintenance and IT work costs the District much needed reimbursement from the State. Our program can no longer support work orders that are not generated by a State approved tracking system.

To ensure compliance with the provisions of State Regulation Provision 4 AAC 31.013, the District must have a formal maintenance management program that records maintenance activities on a work order basis.  The links provided here are for the North Slope Borough School District staff only.  Any student or other unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the District officials.
