Polar Bear Tournament

The Lady Rams went three and one at home during the 2nd annual Polar Bear Tournament. The Lady Rams defeated the Nuiqsut Trappers, Kali Qavviks and the always tough Nunamiut Wolves over the first two days of this three-day round robin tournament. However, the Lady Ram's magic disappeared against the reigning regional champion Alak Huskies.

In the boys division, our Rams were undefeated as they took care of business at home against the Meade River Eagles, Nunamiut Wolves, Alak Huskies and the Kali Qavviks. As usual, the boys had stiff challenges from the Wolves and Huskies again this week. Next week the Rams leave the comfy confines of Kaktovik to play in the ASRC Tournament in Barrow. Go Rams!
