The American Indian Education Fund was established to support educational opportunities for American Indian and Alaska Native students. Our vision is strong, self-sufficient American Indian communities. Scholarships are awarded for each school year and are chosen by a national selection committee. Decisions are based on an overall assessment of the application.
Any Alaskan resident pursuing post-secondary education in a construction-related field at a school either in or outside of the state, with the intent to live and work in Alaska after completing their program.
This scholarship is open to any high school senior or college student in Alaska. He or she must be enrolled at a two-year to five-year institution in 2017. A minimum GPA is not required.
